Sovereign Grace Churches
Our vision is to build a global denomination comprising biblically faithful, gospel-centered churches that are “self-supporting, self-governing, and self-extending,”[1] who in an interdependent, defined partnership with Sovereign Grace Churches advance the gospel of Jesus Christ together for the glory of God alone.

Partnership Pathway
In order to foster robust partnerships and missional clarity as we seek to expand and advance the gospel, we put together a detailed Partnership Pathway.
This plan was several years in the making and, by the Grace of God, we anticipate the advance of the gospel and growth of His church as He continues to work globally in our family of churches.
The Partnership Pathway is made up of three unique phases, each of which is designed to enable our global partners to benefit from, and contribute to, the strengths that our union of churches provides. Our aim in all of this is to strengthen the pursuit of our mission to advance the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Phase 1 - Candidate Church
A Candidate Church is an individual church in a nation that is pursuing partnership with Sovereign Grace Churches (SGC) and can confirm provisional partnership with SGC by signing the Emerging Nations Letter of Intent.
A Candidate Church will walk through a 5-step process as they pursue partnership with SGC:
Initial Assessment
Partnership Assessment
Boots on the Ground
Partnership Development
Ordination and Adoption
Phase 2 - Partner Church
A Partner Church is an individual church in a nation led by an ordained SGC elder(s) who can confirm full partnership with Sovereign Grace Churches (SGC) by pursuing one of our three partnership tracks.
Phase 3 - Partner Nation
A Partner Nation is a minimum of 5 churches in a nation led by ordained SGC Eldership Teams who have developed a Book of Church Order for their nation, a national ordination process, and can confirm full partnership with SGC by signing their nation’s partnership agreement.
International Partnership Program
The International Partnership Program (IPP) is designed to give our churches the opportunity to partner with the Emerging Nations Team to further strengthen our global relationships by:
Sending short-term mission teams
Praying for an international church’s current and on-going concerns
Being available for pastoral support and encouragement
Giving resource recommendations
Working with the church’s EN Representative to identify specific ways each church can be served
Short Term Missions
We believe that the risen Christ commissioned his church to make disciples of all nations (SGC Shared Values #6) and we see short term missions as an outlet in fulfilling this call!
We’re excited and honored to be able to facilitate a connection between church members who desire to serve on short term mission trips and churches who are seeking to serve through short term missions!
